How to Place an Order
Oralabs® accepts purchase orders via the web at promotional.oralabs.com (this website), by fax at 303-783-5759, or email at [email protected]. Art should be sent to [email protected].
Only complete purchase orders will be accepted. A complete purchase order will have the item number, description, per piece price, all applicable charges (setup fee, PMS color match etc..) imprint/color instructions, shipping and handling instructions and any other special instructions. Any missing information will cause a delay in processing your order. Purchase orders received after 2:00 p.m. MST will be considered as received the following business day. By placing an order with OraLabs®, you are agreeing to the terms as written within this catalog and on the promotional.oralabs.com website. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 :00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST and we are closed all major holidays.
An order confirmation is sent within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation please call Customer Service to confirm receipt. Please review your confirmation for accuracy and contact Customer Service at 800-299-0577 with any issues.
Credit terms must be approved by OraLabs® and are not automatically extended. All pricing is rounded to the nearest penny. Delinquent account orders will be placed on hold. Checks from non-US banks will not be accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, United States bank checks and bank wires. Credit cards are charged 3 days prior to shipping. Declined credit cards will cause a delay in your order shipping.
Standard lead time applies. Proofs are not sent on exact repeats unless specified on purchase order. No set up fee for exact re-orders. New set-up fees are required if anything changes on the art including imprint color or flavor, and a proof will be required.
Subject to inventory availability. A delay in art approval process will delay your ship date. Please see each item for its specific rush charges. (Rush lead times start after art approval.)
Available at column pricing with free setup and free ground shipping. All additional imprint charges apply. Expedited freight and rush fees are additional.
Custom Flavors, Colors, Quote and Special Pricing
Custom flavors are available in batch quantities (see Custom Orders and Retail Packaging on page 22 or call for details). Call 800-290-0577 or e-mail [email protected] for written quotes and estimated lead times (see Leash Colors).
10% off quantity pricing. Product will have standard retail logo or the FDA required product identification and net weight, depending on the product. Order will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase order acceptance, subject to inventory availability.
$65.00(V) per flavor/color and per item. Not available on rush orders. UPS Ground shipping included, other methods will be charged to customer. Full order delivery time will begin after pre-production sample is approved (does not begin at art approval). A signed, pre-production sample approval form is required.
Virtual samples are available at no charge, please submit your request to [email protected].
Samples must be requested by noon MST to ship the next business day. UPS or FedEx account number must be provided. Send sample request to [email protected]. Up to five pieces may be shipped at no charge. A sales rep will contact you for sample requests more than five pieces.
OraLabs® will not accept verbal changes. Changes to an order must be confirmed in writing to [email protected] or via ProofingMadeEasy.com. Changes to an order after art approval may be subject to additional charges and ship dates may be affected.
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations fees will apply. Oralabs® will not be responsible for cancellation unless you receive a confirmation of cancellation from us.
Over or Under Runs
Every effort is made to ship exact quantities. We reserve the right to over or under ship by 10 percent.
Lead times quoted in the catalog are for catalog quantities only, call for special quantities. Lead times starts after art approval on ProofingMadeEasy.com (our online proofing system). Art approvals received after 2:00 p.m. MST will be considered received the following business day. Ship date is confirmed upon receipt of art approval via ProofingMadeEasy.com. You will be notified by e-mail. OraLabs® will not be responsible for undeliverable faxes or e-mail errors.
Art files must be in the following vector format; .eps, .ai, or .pdf, with all fonts outlined. We can recreate a non-vector art file for an hourly fee at a minimum charge of $50.00. E-mail art to [email protected]. If your file is too large to e-mail, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Files may be sent to [email protected] for pre-approval. Trademark Notice – OraLabs® assumes no responsibility for determining ownership of a trademark or service mark. Typesetting is free provided the font requested is available. Digitally signed and returned proofs through Proofing Made Easy are the only acceptable approval. Your approval of the art indicates full acceptance of the order as stated on the proof.

-HOT weather shipping – Breath Strips – May through September: ground shipping available to locations within 2 shipping days from 80134. Other locations will require 2 Day Air shipment. OraLabs® is not responsible for shipping costs.
OraLabs® must be notified within five business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number form OraLabs®. Product returned without an RA will be refused.
Special Pricing and Custom Quotes
OraLabs® is not responsible for merchandise once it leaves our facility. OraLabs® cannot be held liable for your order if delayed by force majeure.
